Having started Pioneer as a part venture many years ago, we have maintained the same attitude toward our customers from our very first day in business, to the present. We treat each customer with respect and always deal honestly with them. We sincerely believe it is this philosophy that has led to the success of our firm.

Our business model is based on a simple philosophy- customer service. It is the common thread that has built our business from 2 men working out of a trunk of a car part time over 40 years ago to one of the largest privately owned janitorial companies in Milwaukee. As its often been said “The proof is in the pudding” or in our case the reputation we have earned from both our customers, as well as, our peers, for providing the best customer service our industry has to offer. It’s the Pioneer experience.

Frank began with the Company in 1977.  He has handled all facets of the commercial cleaning industry including Crew Leader, Building/Account/Area Manager.  In his present capacity, he coordinates Long Range Planning, Quality Assurance, Specialty Services and Customer Service.  He is responsible for guiding all facets of the Company and ensuring delivery of our high quality service.
